Some of the duties and responsibilities for this Contracts Administrator job opening in Toronto, ON include but are not limited to:


  • Responsible to review and maintain both the electronic and paper copies of high-volume real estate development deals
  • Respond to Purchaser inquiries
  • Liaise with other office locations and colleagues regarding Purchaser requests as required.
  • Provide organizational and administrative support to the office - assisting with the preparation and maintenance of electronic files and spreadsheets
  • Help maintain contracts and tracking contractors that perform routine maintenance work; scheduling and planning to ensure timelines are not missed
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Just 2-3 years’ experience in a contracts administrator or directly related position
  • Administrative experience in real estate, property development / management or construction deemed a strong asset

  • Ability to multi-task and use good judgement keeping timelines at the forefront
