Adecco is currently hiring for a Contracts Coordinator for one of our clients in Mississauga. Contracts Coordinator will be responsible for working with the sales organization to provide support for all contracts, RFPS and pricing related activities to help execute on primary business goals.

  • Responsibilities

  • Search for Request for Proposals.
  • Liaise with departments for approvals and feedback for responses.
  • Work with the division to draft, compile and review responses, ensuring the response is completed accurately as per divisional approvals and guidelines, and received prior to the deadline.
  • Draft proposals, renew and amend contracts according to approvals and guidelines.
  • Manage contract implementation process, including: signatures, distribution, pricing, filing and tracking.
  • Execute contract management activities throughout the life of the contracts: value adds, contract compliance, contracted price actions, amendments, tracking and reconciliation, renewals, rebates, etc.
  • Other duties as required for the role and assigned by manager
  • Requirements:

  • 2 years of work experience related to contracts, pricing, procurement or customer service is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent reading, written and verbal skills in English; French is an asset
  • trong understanding of written terms with the ability to transcribe communications and actions
  • Knowledge of the Canadian healthcare system, provincial bidding requirements is an asset
  •  Able to articulate key actions and summarize conclusions
  • Must be able to work under pressure with strict deadlines, prioritizing and juggling responsibilities
