Excellent contract opportunity for the right candidate!!  Adecco is currently hiring for a 12 to 18 month contract for a Coordinator for Mechanical Department in Ajax, On.  To qualify for this position, you MUST have experience with SAP computer software, Microsoft applications, 3 years+ experience in administration and pass a detailed criminal background check. $18.72 to $20.80 per hour based on experience.


Coordinator for Mechanical Department Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for coordinating with the planner the flow of work throughout the Repair and Overhaul Shop
  • Ensure the availability of parts to meet flow requirements as well as customer expectations
  • Entering batch reports into SAP system
  • Optimizes work processes to improve efficiency
  • Create, maintain, and publish weekly status reports as required
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure part availability
  • Ensure compliance to customer and regulatory requirements


Coordinator for Mechanical Department Qualifications:

  • Extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Access, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
  • SAP experience is a must
  • Must be able to pass an extensive background criminal check
  • Must possess own steel toe workboots
