Adecco is currently hiring a Full-time Permanent Marketing Assistant to work in Regina, SK. The Marketing Assistant will provide administrative support to various teams and programs.

Our client is a Canadian Company and is in a growing industry and is rapidly expanding their organization.

Marketing Assistant Duties & Responsibilities

  • Help implement communications strategies.
  • Draft and edit communications copy (e.g., press releases, publications, social media posts)
  • Assist in maintaining web content and executing social media strategies 
  • Ensure the company social media is active and well received .
  • Regularly collect and assess data and analytics across a variety of digital platforms.
  • Update databases and media lists.
  • Track projects and media exposure.
  • Implement internal and external communications strategies and projects.
  • Prepare presentations and reports.
  • Assist in grant application write up and drafts.
  • Perform administrative duties such as required.
  • Marketing Assistant Qualifications

  • 2 - 3  years of office experience
  • Previous Marketing/Communications Experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills
