This specific job posting is considered an entry level position for individuals who want to use their exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in a corporate, business setting.  If you are looking to gain some corporate experience (or get more experience), enhance your communication skills and use your personality in a business setting, this could be just the job opening for you!  These are temporary opportunities covering for sick or vacation days and individuals may be requested to work same or next day as well, therefore flexibility is important.  Key to note, the hours would be between 7am and 3pm, Monday through Friday only (no late afternoons, evenings or weekends).  Please note that these can be same day/early morning requests.   Our client, located in the Toronto, downtown core is looking for outgoing, professional and engaging individuals who can identify and solve individual needs while maintaining professional standards all in a front facing capacity; corporate attire is required for these roles.

  • Face-to-face greeting and interaction with staff, guests or tenants
  • Ensuring the front desk is tidy, engaging and presentable at all time
  • Providing polite, professional and accurate direction and information; questions, inquiries, concerns
  • Educate on safety protocols; offer masks to those requiring one
  • Responding to any elevator and cleaning concerns and contacting maintenance if required
