Our client, located in the north Toronto area is currently looking to hire an exceptional team member with a positive, professional approach for a Corporate Receptionist job opening to help with the smooth running of the office - both in person and over the phone!! This is a full-time, temp-to-permanent opportunity and the hours could fluctuate between 7am and 6pm (35 hours/week with some light overtime as required).

Some of the duties of this Corporate Receptionist job opening in Toronto, ON will include a variety of tasks from;

- front-line corporate reception (meet and greet, transfer calls, deal with couriers both in and out, booking boardrooms, etc.)
- administration (data entry, updating lists/databases, filing, etc.)
- general office services (kitchen duties, keeping the areas neat and tidy, etc).

Key requirements for the successful hire into this Corporate Receptionist job opening in Toronto, ON may include, but are not limited to;

- having a corporate, polished and professional presentation / demeanor
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a warm/corporate telephone manner
- approximately 1+ years of front-line Reception experience; preference given to corporate office settings
- strong technical skills in MS Office 2010
