Adecco is currently hiring temporary, full-time Counterbalance Operators for our client in Oakville, ON. This position requires experience with a counterbalance machine. This is a fast-paced environment in a warehouse setting working and driving.

  • Pay rate: $20/hour
  • Location: Oakville, ON
  • Shifts: 8:30 am -5:00 pm or 3:30 pm – 12:00am
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

    • Forklift Operator Job Duties:

  • Responsible for moving materials within warehouse.
  • Perform a variety of physically demanding duties, such as manually loading and unloading goods.
  • Follows all company safety, security, and housekeeping protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Must be comfortable driving and working in a fast-paced environment

    • Forklift Operator Requirements:

  • Valid counterbalance forklift Certification.
  • At least 1year experience of operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse environment
  • Must possess previous warehouse experience and be comfortable with general labour including case picking, palletizing product
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Experience with slip sheet is an asset
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
