Salary: $95,000 to $110,000

Schedule: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
Tasks and responsibilities:
Managing and coordinating all aspects of credit and collections.
Notifying customers of delinquent accounts to solicit payment, receive payment and post amount to customer's account
Maintaining records of collection and status of accounts.
Reviewing and approving credit applications.
Reviewing customer contracts
Preparing credit reports.
Working with customers to pay amount due on credit account, damage claim, or non-payable check, or negotiating extension of credit.
Reporting status of accounts and contracts regularly.
Preparing legal documents, as needed.
Interviewing, selecting, and training staff.
Solutions require analysis and investigation.
Achieving planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.
Managing a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff.
Work Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
No travel required.
Education and Experience:
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
Generally, 7+ years of experience in a related field.
May require certification.
An advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
