Adecco is currently recruiting for a CRM Subject Matter Expert. The initial contract will be for 35 days from start date. However, there are potentials for further extensions until end of February 2021 to work with our client located in Ottawa %100 remote. The successful candidate must hold a valid Reliability Security Clearance or be eligible for one.

The Counter Sales/ Delivery Driver will have the following responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership, guidance, and manage definition of requirements
  • Facilitate definition of the CRM selection grid requirements
  • Facilitate definition of the CRM selection scoring strategy
  • Promote collaboration and coordination across relevant categories of stakeholders
  • The Counter Sales/ Delivery Driver must meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • In-depth knowledge of modern CRM solutions
  • Experience in implementation of large scale CRM solutions
  • Experience with the 2 CRM products currently under assessment: Salesforce and Microsoft
  • References where they have collaborated with key stakeholders to select the CRM technology platform have implemented modern Marketing, Sales and Customer Service business processes using technology based solutions
  • Experience building procurement scoring and weighting matrices to assist within the selection of the CRM platform
  • External industry best practice process knowledge across all three business areas
  • Experience translating business requirements into an overall technical solution that is robust, scalable and extensible
  • Ability to communicate technical solution clearly with the project stakeholders
  • Experience authoring requirements and solution documents
  • Experience working with with Project Managers and Delivery teams to provide CRM subject matter expertise
  • Ability to assess and articulate any impacts of the solution on existing business and technical landscape
