Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Customer Support Specialist in Markham, ON. To qualify for the Customer Support Specialist role, you must have SAP experience in a call centre or retail environment. Our client is a leader in premium brand for shoes and leather goods. 
 Shift Times: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm. Pay rate $18/hr. 

Customer Support Specialist  Responsibilities:

  • Enjoys supporting in/outbound call activity
  • Assist On-Line Customers with the website navigation, order tracking, product inquires and complaints etc..
  • Run daily reports to capture Drop Ship and Send Sale exceptions.
  • Daily Grouping of ECom and Drop Ship orders
  • Maintain email inbox and respond to emails within 24-48 hours, such as product, sale, order tracking and price match inquiries etc.
  • Process Warranty Claims and maintain Warranty Claim Log
  • Provide complete Order Management for assigned customer base.
  • Daily management of customer orders including Order Capture, Management and Fulfillment, such as but not limited to, confirmation of order entry, cancel date extensions, applying correct Cancellation Reason Codes, Delivery Create, investigate back orders, shortages and late tracking deliveries.
  •  Order Flow Optimization, track and maintain orders ensuring accurate and timely delivery on orders to the DC.
  • Monitor Contracts delivery dates and work with Sales to convert Contracts into shippable pairs, prior to the Cancel Date.
  • Perform SAP queries and customer specific excel reports for analysis of orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Customer Support Specialist  Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Consumer/Call Center experience 2+ years
  • SAP, Demandware and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) experience is a strong asset
  • Order Management Experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, people oriented, team player
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deal with difficult customers.
  • Post-Secondary diploma or degree
  • Able to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
