Adecco is currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Account Services Analyst in Calgary, AB, to work a long-term contract at a well-established energy company majoring in the production of synthetic crude from oil sands.   • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Independently provide analytical support by researching, collecting, evaluating and analyzing data
  • Create and maintain customer master data in SAP for the Downstream Sales and Credit teams, including Direct and Ramp Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesale Distributors, and Petro-Pass accounts.
  • Coordinate, create and respond to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities related to existing accounts or the establishment of new accounts, pricing and tax exemptions.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams which include Inside Sales, Distribution, Asset Management and Account Managers, Credit, Invoicing
  • Create and maintain SAP customer master data for downstream sales and credit teams
  • Respond to, coordinate, and create customer relationship management (CRM) activities relating to new or existing account set ups, pricing and tax exemptions
  • Assist with ad hoc projects, identifying and crafting continuous improvement initiatives 
  • Handle all external requests in a timely manner
  • Investigate and resolve root cause issues
  • Assist in the realization of one-off projects and identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 
  • University degree, preferably Business or Accounting related, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
  • Knowledge of Informatica, SAP, CRM, and Power BI is an asset
  • Very strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills proven to build coherent relationships
  • Strong analytical and computer skills to work with a wide range of applications, as well as advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
  • Forward-looking thinking and taking initiatives to solve problems
  • Strong attitude of questioning to solve problems effectively, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
