Adecco is currently recruiting for a full-time Customer Account Services Analyst in Calgary, AB, to work a long-term contract at a well-established energy company majoring in the production of synthetic crude from oil sands. Job type: Full-time | Long-term contract
Duties and Responsibilities:
Independently provide analytical support by researching, collecting, evaluating and analyzing data
Create and maintain customer master data in SAP for the Downstream Sales and Credit teams, including Direct and Ramp Sales, Retail Sales, Wholesale Distributors, and Petro-Pass accounts.
Coordinate, create and respond to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activities related to existing accounts or the establishment of new accounts, pricing and tax exemptions.
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams which include Inside Sales, Distribution, Asset Management and Account Managers, Credit, Invoicing
Create and maintain SAP customer master data for downstream sales and credit teams
Respond to, coordinate, and create customer relationship management (CRM) activities relating to new or existing account set ups, pricing and tax exemptions
Assist with ad hoc projects, identifying and crafting continuous improvement initiatives
Handle all external requests in a timely manner
Investigate and resolve root cause issues
Assist in the realization of one-off projects and identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications:
University degree, preferably Business or Accounting related, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role
Knowledge of Informatica, SAP, CRM, and Power BI is an asset
Very strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills proven to build coherent relationships
Strong analytical and computer skills to work with a wide range of applications, as well as advanced skills with Microsoft Excel
Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members
Forward-looking thinking and taking initiatives to solve problems
Strong attitude of questioning to solve problems effectively, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
