Customer Care Representative 


Our client, one of BC’S largest financial institutions, is currently hiring for a Full-Time Customer Care Representative. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of 1-3 years of Customer Service experience or equivalent. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and start your career in a prestigious firm. This position pays $16/hr.


Customer Care Representative responsibilities 

•    Communicate effectively with a variety of both external customers and members as well as our internal team members in the Auto and Equipment group.
•    Respond to customer calls and email accurately within established time frames.
•    Demonstrate a high degree of care and provide excellent candidate experience in all interactions
•    Identify areas for improvement for inefficient or ineffective process through innovative thinking
•    Exercise strong relationship building skills to provide service delivery excellent
•    Be an expert on our Auto and Equipment products and policies


Customer Care Representative Qualifications
