We are currently hiring for multiple Customer Centre Representative (English) to work initially remotely for our client located in Halifax, NS for a 4 month contract. To qualify for this Customer Centre Representative (English) role, you must have excellent communication skills, previous customer service experience and the ability to work rotational shifts from 9AM-11PM AST including a mandatory shift on Saturdays. Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry.
Pay rate: $20.41
Location: Halifax, NS (working remotely)
Shifts: 9am to 11pm Monday – Friday, Saturdays (rotating schedule)
Job Type: Full-time contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent
Customer Centre Representative (English) Main Responsibilities:
Prepare schedules/reports for applications and databases
Ensure all access is standardized and compliant
Ability to manage a high-volume email inbox
Adhere to established regulations, policies and guidelines in completing daily activities and audits
Customer Centre Representative (English) Main Requirements:
Minimum 1-year related experience in customer service
Proficient in MS Offce
Minimum typing speed of 40wpm
Solid time management and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service and high level of accuracy
A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
French skills an asset
