Adecco is seeking a Customer Commitment Specialist in Toronto, ON. Our client is an international luxury car company looking for a great new addition to their team. The Customer Commitment Specialist ensures a unique purchase and ownership experience that exceeds the customer’s expectations in order to maximize customer satisfaction. This is a long term temporary role with a competitive bonus program offered.  

Customer Commitment Specialist Responsibilities:

  • Manage escalated Canadian customer cases beyond the scope of the North American contact centre
  • Directly engage with customers as the liaison to resolve critical concerns between the customer, dealer, and/or OEM.
  • Identification and implementation of exclusive contact and service experiences for customers, based on extensive knowledge of individual customer needs and concerns.
  • Manage the process for customer complaints and concerns related to goodwill, in close cooperation with the responsible departments – Sales, After Sales, Parts, Service, Marketing, etc.
  • Ensure adherence to Company standards when dealing with customers in cooperation with relevant subsidiaries and contact centre.
  • Definition, planning and control of the necessary measures to maintain customer commitment standards.
  • Support customer concierge coaching at dealer level based on worldwide program to suit Canadian market requirements.
  • Development and implementation of projects for process optimization and for ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Point of contact for roadside assistance. Ensure an exceptional customer experience for all customers at this critical touch point.
  • Support in all customer-facing regulatory matters, including product recalls and product certification.

Customer Commitment Specialist Qualifications:

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality, Business, Engineering, and/or completed apprenticeship or commercial training with a focus on service management
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Relations
  • Automotive knowledge and/or industry experience preferred
  • Project management training/skills
  • Regulatory experience considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English and French. German language skills considered an asset.
  • Ability to deal with stressful situations, conflict management skills, assertiveness and a very high degree of customer orientation.
  • Confidence, sensitivity in dealing with customers and their needs. High service awareness.
  • Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop others
  • Ability to work and make decisions independently
  • High level of diplomacy and tact
  • Ability to multitask and manage cross-functional processes/projects
  • Ability to develop and institute processes and training
  • Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft office applications
