Adecco is hiring a ustomer Concierge, for one of our clients, a high-end, luxury car manufacturer, located in North York. The ideal candidate would be the first, and one of the main, interactions between our client and their customers and prospects, providing a first-class Customer Experience, ensuring that their customers and prospects gain the appropriate impression of the brand, and their needs and concerns are addressed accordingly. Responsibilities:

 

  • Being a Brand Ambassador, ensuring customers and prospects enjoy an outstanding, first-class customer experience
  • Welcoming customers in a pleasant and professional manner and addressing their needs
  • Answering phone calls in a professional manner, greeting and directing them accordingly
  • Providing accurate information to customers and visitors
  • Acting as a liaison between the Customer and Company staff
  • Managing payments and deposits and prepare appropriate receipts/invoices
  • Ensuring the waiting area is always neat and presentable
  • Achieving assigned targets
  •  

    Qualifications:

     

  • Business and/or Technical education at a university/college
  • Experience in dealing with customers (preferably for a premium brand)
  • Previous experience in a similar role and environment an asset
  • Previous experience working in a restaurant an asset
  • Working knowledge of standard computer applications (i.e. MS Office) & Outlook
  • Energetic and positive mindset
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • A team player and problem solver
  • A clear verbal and written communicator
  • Great self-discipline, organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and professionalism
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain high level of accuracy      
  • Trustworthy, respectful and able to demonstrate strong work ethics
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
  • Willingness to go an extra mile and provide the best customer experience

    Compensation and Hours:

     

  • $17.68 per hour
  • Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM / Fridays, 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
