Responsibilities:
Technical Support: trouble shooting, solving technical problems on consumer electronic devices
Customer Inquiries: inquiries related to product, sales and returns
Customer Service: provide exceptional service via phone, e-mail, and live chat
Customer Insights: identify and report trends on customer inquiries or issues
Testing: assist with product testing
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent
A college diploma or certification in a related program would be an asset
1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced call center providing support via e-mail, phone, and chat
1-2 years of hardware and software troubleshooting experience
