Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary Customer Relations Manager in Mississauga. To be considered for this Customer Relations Manager role, you must have a post-secondary graduate education, 2-3 years customer/partner facing experience in tech company; needs to have confidence in job , partner relationship management & pipeline management skills, and strong customer/partner facing communications skills. Our client is a multinational technology company. This is a 6 months contract position and has a pay rate of $36.58 / hour.
Customer Relations Manager Responsibilities:
• Accountable to coordinate and connect partners and sellers to action outbound deal engagements
• Focused on driving CoSell and Business Applications 
• Ensure partner and customer success by coordinating expectations with the partner, actively monitoring deals and driving use of tools and deal adminisation for visibility into deal performance
• Be a champion for usage, training and support for the Partner Sales Connect and Partner Connect tools
• Manage and support the operations to ensure Co-Sell deals are programmatically managed, registered and supported in accordance to program rules while facilitating in partnership with Co-Sell support desks to drive issue resolution
• Work with relevant stakeholders across the partner, the partner manager and the seller to identify issues related to pending or rejected Co-Sell deals and actively resolve
Customer Relations Manager Qualifications: 
• Post-secondary graduate education; business or commerce MBA is consider an asset
• 2-3 years customer/partner facing experience in tech company; needs to have confidence in job 
• Partner relationship management & pipeline management skills
• Drive & Close Partner Opportunities to customers
• Evangelize Cosell with partners across account teams 
• Ability to technically understand solution areas, Partner Offerings connecting value to conversations
• Ability to manage and work with virtual teams across functions and geographies 
• Strong customer/partner facing communications skills
