Adecco is currently seeking a dynamic Customer Support Advisor to join our team in St Catharines, ON, for a 6-month Contract role. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers through various channels, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our brand.   • Pay rate: $19.23/hour.
  • Location: Catharines, ON
  • Shifts: 6:00am-10:00pm | Open 7 days a week
  • Job type: 6-month contract | Full-time

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer support role or related field
  • Tech-savviness with a strong understanding of office automation products, databases, and remote control
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexibility to adapt to different hours of operation
  • Exceptional customer service experience through multiple channels
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to use multiple tools efficiently
  • Adaptability and quick learning ability
