Adecco is currently hiring multiple temporary, full time Customer Service Associates in Fredericton, NB for a 6 month contract. To qualify for these Customer Service Associate roles, you must have a minimum of one year previous customer service experience and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. Our client prides themselves on their inclusive, open, and engaging work environment. The pay rate for this role is $16.00/hour. 

 

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

 

• Providing excellent customer service and technical support in an inbound customer contact environment 

• Providing customer care solutions according to the Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and the company's quality and quantitative standards

• Maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings and service level agreements 

• Ensuring that the complex of Customer care needs are resolved in a timely fashion

• Demonstrating empathy by listening attentively to customer concerns 

• Satisfying customer expectations in a way that also complies with best practices 

 

Customer Service Associate Qualifications:

 

• Minimum of 1-year customer service experience  

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Working hours will be Monday - Friday 9am - 9pm range

• Attention to detail 

• Professional development, paid training and extensive post training coaching and support provided
