Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary, full-time Customer Service Associate to work for our client, a globally-known luxury goods company. In this role, you will be supporting the Boutique sales objectives on a temporary basis, mainly by welcoming and servicing customers.   • Location: Yorkdale Mall, ON
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 11 AM-7 PM

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and manage traffic flow according to the occupancy limit of boutique
  • Act as an ambassador and represent the brand during the first client contact
  • Manage appointment calendar effectively in cooperation with the boutique management
  • Support boutique team with client presentations and servicing (gift wrapping, catering clients)
  • Provide outstanding customer service and memorable client experiences
  • Capture client information, consistently adding information to further promote boutique relationships and sales by using Montblanc tools
  • Support the boutique team to maintain the aesthetic standards of the boutique
  • Support the team with operational tasks
  •  Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must
  • Experience in retail sales is a plus, in leather or high-end luxury is preferred
  • Must be Tech savvy and able to manage queuing & appointment application on iPad
  • Strong understanding of Customer Service needs and customer priorities is a must
  • Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills are required
  • Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Fluency in English is a must, additional language skills are a plus
  • Able to stand on the sales floor for 90% of the workday
  • Should maintain a professional appearance including mask wearing
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
