Our client in Scarborough, ON is looking for a recent University grad to join their team as a  Customer Service Coordinator. You will be interacting with the top tier Grocery Retails, Restaurants, and café chains in Canada.

The primary responsibility is to support our customers, production team and sales team. You will be working closely with all departments to ensure that customer’s orders are being meet on a required timeline. This position is the direct point of contact and will be responsible to maintain customer satisfaction

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities:

-  receive and process incoming orders into the system correctly

-  validate that orders are complete and invoice customer daily

-  follow up on all aspects of order fulfillment

 - follow up with production team on timeline for placed orders and pending orders daily

- ongoing communication with customers on order status

- handle all customer’s communication in an effective and positive manner

- investigate and resolve customer’s inquiries on timeline manner

- collaborate with sales, production and shipping on orders and changes on a daily basis

- preparation of inventory report and fill report to support sales team

- prepare any necessary international paperwork for shipping

- prepare sales report and communicate report to team

- update the production team, shipping team and sales team as changes occur.


Customer Service Coordinator Qualifications:

- Undergrad Business degree



 -willingness to learn

- detailed oriented with tasks

- team player

- excellent verbal and written communication

- excellent computer skills

- problem solver
