Adecco Professional is currently hiring for a full-time, temporary Customer Service Coordinator job opening in Vaughan, ON. Our client is an international management consulting firm supporting their client and is keen to have someone support their client in the Langstaff and 400 area – free parking or walkable from a YRT bus stop. This in-office 2 week+ project is a fantastic interim opportunity for someone who enjoys a busy workload while put their exceptional customer service, administrative, coordination and attention to detail skills to work all at the same time! The project does not have a hard-stop so could extend or there could be other opportunities with other clients for those who may be open to longer term work in this capacity.

  • Act as the gatekeeper at the entrance of the office; provide front line customer service to the staff and vendors
  • Greet and direct internal and external customers to the proper areas ensuring all safety guidelines are adhered to
  • Provide supplies to the team and direct them to where they can find other items around the office
  • Ensure all supplies are kept ahead in stock; boxes, equipment, sanitizer, etc – informing manager when you see a potential concern of low products
  • Update floor plans as areas have been taken care of and to update the project on pending areas of coverage need
  • Assisting in ordering and coordinating the supplies; ensuring all staff has what they need and keeping a positive, cohesive environment
  • Be available to assist with packaging up items where required
  • Update notes on projects; tracking attendance in and out and documenting full completion of each station using MS Office
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

  • At least 1+ year experience in fast paced Customer Service Administrative capacity or Administration/Coordination capacity
  • Strengths with the Microsoft Office products; Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to navigate floor plans with confidence

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: included in this is patience, good listening, ability to quickly build rapport, strong follow up skills
  • High level of detail at all times; asking questions when unsure
  • Able to stand/walk/climb 1 flight of stairs with ease throughout the day
