Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a 6-month contract full time position starting in the summer, paying $20.41/hr. with the possibility of extension.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls and emails from clients
Complete investigation and research to resolve account queries
Adhere to audit, compliance and industry regulations and operating procedures in completing and recording transactions
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
Successful completion of High School
Minimum 1-year experience in a customer focused role
Previous experience in call centre or financial services an asset
Tech savvy - Proficient in MS Office and can use web apps
Strong typing skills and ability to multi-task
Bilingual (French/English) skills an asset
