Adecco is currently hiring for an outstanding Customer Service Manager in Mississauga. To qualify for this role, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in a customer service management role. Our client is a consumer electronics distribution warehouse, so experience in a similar industry is required.

The compensation for this role is very competitive based on experience. This is a full time permanent position.

Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:

Act as the voice of the customer internally and actively advocates for the best possible customer service experience.
Coordinate with international factories for parts and technical issues.
Support and expand service networks across North America.
Mentor and develop team to drive performance and improve customer experience.
Prepare and execute action plans to improve productivity, quality, and customer service standards and metrics.

Customer Service Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a customer service manager in consumer electronics or a related industry.
Experience coaching and developing a customer service team.
Create and review service and productivity reports and create action plans.
Experience in consumer electronics or a related field is required.
Proven ability to foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Driven leader skilled at decision making, problem solving, and process improvement.
