Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Customer Service Oder Management Representative for our client in Toronto, ON. Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry. In this role you will communicate with Sales teams and Customer as required to solve various order issues.   • Pay rate: $22.00/hour
  • Location: Toronto, ON HYBRID (in office 2 days a week)
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Responsibilities:

  • Lead/engage in the resolution of any immediate order issues to release quality orders on-time to meet customer requested date and P&G established guidelines.
  • Schedule deliveries and trace orders as required.
  • Communicate with Sales teams and Customer as required to solve various order issues.
  • Order quality corrections and root cause
  • Engaged in emergency orders to meet company standards.
  • Complete returns and refusals documentation and ensure execution in a timely manner
  • Communicate Order Cuts to customer/SALES/ Customer Team Supply Chain
  • Qualifications:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Highly proficient in Excel.
  • Extremely detail oriented & organized.
  • Effective with written and oral communication.
  • Work well under pressure & meet deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of Product Supply function would be helpful, but not mandatory.

  • Customer service/ order processing experience is a big advantage
