Adecco is currently hiring a temporary full-time Customer Service Order Management Specialist to work in North York, ON. In this role you will be responsible for communications with sales teams and customer to resolve any inquiries related to orders. This role requires problem solving skills, good communication skills, previous experience in customer service / order management and SAP skills would be an advantage! This is a hybrid role which does require working in the office at least 2 days a week.

  • Pay rate: $22.00/hour
  • Location: North York, ON Hybrid (in office 2 days a week)
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Responsibilities:

  • Lead/engage in the resolution of any immediate order issues to release quality orders on-time to meet customer requested date and company established guidelines.
  • Schedule deliveries and trace orders as required.
  • Communicate with Sales teams and Customer as required to solve various order issues.
  • Order quality corrections and root cause
  • Engaged in emergency orders to meet company standards.   
  • Complete returns and refusals documentation and ensure execution in a timely manner
  • Communicate Order Cuts to customer/SALES/ Customer Team Supply Chain
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Attention to details
  • Problem resolution
  • Communication skills
  • Excel skills
  • Customer service/ order processing experience is a big advantage
  • SAP knowledge is ideal
