Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Professional (French/English) to service one of the largest insurance and financial services companies globally. To be considered for the Customer Service Professional (French/English) role, you must be open to work in a rotating schedule, have excellent communication skills in English and French, have previous experience in a similar role, and be a team player. Pay will be 20.40/ hour, it is a 3 month contract position with posibility of turning permanent and rotational schedule, remote to start but returning to the Halifax, NS office at some point.
Customer Service Professional (French/English) Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of service to external and internal customers for all of the client’s mainstream products and/or knowledge of a specialized function
Respond to all customer service inquiries, answering a standard number of calls and related investigation work by following set procedures and utilizing administrative expertise
Ensure positive and effective relationships are maintained with customers
Act as primary contact for customers’ requests by researching the problem/issue through interaction with multiple internal departments in order to find the appropriate information and solution
Proactively work to identify and correct customer issues, resolve customer complaints and concerns, and coordinate with other staff and departments as required
Customer Service Professional (French/English) Qualifications:
Previous experience in a customer service role and knowledge of finance is an asset
Bilingual in French-English required
Excellent organization skills, with the ability to prioritize under stressful and changing circumstances
High level of phone confidence and professionalism, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service negotiation skills with the ability to maintain a positive customer relationship in a very difficult situation
Strong interpersonal skills required for interaction with internal/external customers and team members
Ability to identify callers needs quickly and provide resolution for various platforms and clients
Team player, with a positive attitude, and is self-motivated
