Customer Service Professional


Adecco is currently hiring for multiple Customer Service Professional to service one of the largest insurances and financial services companies globally in Halifax, Waterloo, Montreal and Toronto offices.  To be considered for the Customer Service Professional role, you must have previous customer service experience in a contact center, retail environment or service industry. Pay will be varying from $16.81/hour to $17.39/hour (based on the location), this is a 4-month contract position and will be remote until office reopens.

Customer Service Professional Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. Customers may be internal or external with requests of varying degrees of complexity
  • Customer Service Professional Qualifications:

  • Must have strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while exhibiting a calm and professional manner
  • Have exceptional technical capabilities, research skills and attention to detail is always a priority
  • Confident in your ability to learn and apply information quickly
  • Previous customer service experience in a contact center, retail environment or service industry
  • Previous experience in a contact center environment would be considered a tremendous asset, however, not required
  • Knowledge of financial services would also be an asset
  • Bilingualism, English/French an asset
