Our Client is a world class provider of logistics and transportation solutions. 

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Full Time Customer Service Representative to support this client.

Job Duties:

  • Process and input all customer orders
  • Trace orders as required and notify customers of any activity concerning their merchandise.
  • Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying computer-generated invoices.
  • Maintain good working relationship with customers by responding to all inquiries
  • Report customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
  • Oversee all paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
  • Maintain a current and accurate procedure book which details the processing requirements for each account.
  • Answer phone calls and operate various types of office machines and computers necessary to perform duties.
  • Effectively correspond with customers as required.
  • Follow the Occupational Health and Safety Act and policies including Safety, Violence and Harassment laws.
  • Job Requirements:

  • Strong command of the English language (understanding, speaking and written)
  • Strong computer knowledge with ability to work within Microsoft Suite.
  • Prior experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (experience with Red Prairie or GSAP an asset)
  • Customer Service orientated
  • Professional demeanour
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Ability to work on their own as well with other departments
  • Prior working experience within Customer Service in a Warehouse Environment required
