Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary to Permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative at a globally-known auto auction marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs and more. Pay rate: $20/hour
Location: Acheson, AB
Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM- 5 PM

Duties and Responsibilities:
Answering inbound phone calls
Assisting customers with their inquiries and taking payments from buyers
Making outbound phone calls to shops
Filing and maintaining paperwork & handling data entry
Operating office equipment
Performing other duties as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous work experience in a customer service role, facing customers, or administration role is a must
Basic computer skills are required
Able to function well as part of a team or independently
Excellent communication and time management skills are a must
Should have a Professional and clean appearance with a constantly positive attitude while communicating with clients
Must have reliable transportation, location is not transit accessible
Should be available to work on a full-time basis
Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
