 Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary to Permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative at a globally-known auto auction marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of cars, trucks, motorcycles, RVs and more.   • Pay rate: $20/hour
  • Location: Acheson, AB
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM- 5 PM
  • Job type: Full-time | Temporary to Permanent

  • Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Answering inbound phone calls
  • Assisting customers with their inquiries and taking payments from buyers
  • Making outbound phone calls to shops
  • Filing and maintaining paperwork & handling data entry
  • Operating office equipment
  • Performing other duties as assigned 
  • Requirements and Qualifications: 
  • Previous work experience in a customer service role, facing customers, or administration role is a must
  • Basic computer skills are required
  • Able to function well as part of a team or independently
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are a must
  • Should have a Professional and clean appearance with a constantly positive attitude while communicating with clients
  • Must have reliable transportation, location is not transit accessible
  • Should be available to work on a full-time basis
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
