Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. Customer Service Representatives is a 4-month contract position paying $19.81/hr. This role is remote (work from home) due to the pandemic.
Customer Service Representatives (Banking) Responsibilities:
Accountable to answer internal inbound calls regarding billing and payment inquiries
Ability to troubleshoot by evaluating payment history and reviewing online invoices
Process all payments, refunds and collections
Create and validate delinquency letters.
Customer Service Representatives (Banking) skills:
Ability to communicate with clients (written and verbal communication skills)
Attention to detail – verifying amounts for clients
Minimum 1 year of experience handling inbound/outbound calls
Bilingualism in English and French is an asset
Ability to work flexible schedules remotely.
