Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team in Fredericton, NB. This is a 3-6-month contract role with a salary of $18.22 per hour. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service in both English and French, resolving issues through phone calls, emails, and webchat.

  • Pay rate: $18.22/hour.
  • Location: Fredericton, NB
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday between 10:00am-10:00pm with monthly shift rotation
  • Job type: 3-6-month contract | Full-time

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and log customer inquiries, ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Engage customers proactively with empathy and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Resolve customer issues using process knowledge and internal systems.
  • Gather customer information efficiently, educate customers to prevent future issues, and document interactions.
  • Retrieve and provide accurate information from internal systems for reporting purposes.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of order entry, incident management, and knowledge management tools.
  • Update customer records and seek opportunities for self-improvement.
  • Liaise with other support teams and product teams as needed.
  • May handle non-call customer contact requests via email or webchat.
Requirements: We are looking for candidates with:
  • 1 year of customer service experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Flexibility with hours of operation.
  • Prior voice and chat experience, preferably with dual concurrency.
  • Ability to multitask and use multiple tools effectively.
  • Functional knowledge of CRM solutions and MS Excel.
  • Domain knowledge of Retail Customer Service.
  • Proven success in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and manage time efficiently.
  • Client-focused with a passion for customer service.
  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
