Adecco is currently recruiting “Bilingual Customer Service Representatives” in Halifax, NS for our top insurance company client. This is a 12 months contract and pays $19.50/hr.

To qualify for this role, you must be Bilingual in English and French, have customer service experience and be good with operating computers.

Hours: 9:00am to 9:00pm

Is this full or part-time?           Full-Time

• Must be available to work rotating shifts between the hours of 9:00am to 9:00pm AST, Monday to Friday.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience either in person or over the telephone, is preferred

• Demonstrated experience in dealing with difficult situations and problem solving

• Ability to learn a variety of computer systems is required

• Ability to identify callers needs quickly and provide resolution

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Attributes:

• Strong organizational skills

• Overtime is required during peak periods.

What will be their day to day responsibilities? Answer inbound phone calls, emails from clients and advisors

• What software / hardware / methodologies will they need to have experience with? Computers, multiple screens, multitasking while talking to clients

• How many years of experience are required? 1-3 years in customer service environment- call center or client facing experience

• Is there a possibility of extension or moving to FTE? yes

• How many hours per week are they required to work? 37.5 for full time.

• Is parking available? yes free parking

• When do you expect to conduct interviews? ASAP

• Does your candidate need to be fully bilingual in French and English? yes both
