Adecco is currently hiring a  Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Junior for our client located in Toronto, ON. To qualify for this Bilingual Customer Service Junior position, you must have 0-2 years of data review and validation experience with financial services and must be able to speak both English and French.

Our client is a well-known, reputable organization operating under the financial services industry. This role is a 2 month contract with a pay rate of $16.50 per hour.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

  • Gather and entering data - customer information (addresses and names, etc.) 
  • Opening and closing internal bank accounts
  • Validation and audits
  • Manage high volume inbound calls and emails from customers, both in French and English.
  • Handle a variety of calls - questions, problems, concerns - must be able to listen attentively and respond accordingly
Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications: 
  • Must be Bilingual: English and French
  • 0 - 2 years of data review & validation experience
  • Prior experience working with financial services
  • High School diploma is a must have
  • Undergraduate degree in business, finance or a related field
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office with advanced MS Excel skills - must be able to navigate excel and input large quantities of data
