Adecco St. Lawrence is hiring permanent Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for our clients in Kingston! Are you fully bilingual? Do you have a year of customer service experience? We want to hear from you! Our clients offer a competitive salary and they are looking for a friendly, knowledgeable CSR who is comfortable providing guidance and resolving product issues with customers.

Bilingual Customer Service Job Responsibilities:

  • Guide customers through their order and process them in a fast paced environment
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide guidance and support to customers in completing documents and forms, and in the use of public access workstations (i.e., online small business registration)
  • Maintain files and electronic database systems
  • Produce a variety of reports and correspondence
Bilingual Customer Service Job Requirements:
  • Bilingual English and French: verbal, written and comprehensive
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience or call centre experience
  • Ability to get along well with a variety of personalities and individuals and work well in a team environment.
  • Computer Literacy
  • Positive attitude and the ability to multitask 
  • Enthusiastic and energetic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Great work ethic
  • Sales and customer service oriented
  • OSSD or GED
