Adecco is currently recruiting for 10 Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in Kitchener, ON for our top Insurance company client. This is a 12 months contract with the pay rate of $18.80/hr. 

Candidates must be available for shifts Monday – Friday 7am to 11pm and Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm EST

The ideal candidate must be

  1. Fluent in English and French
  2. Professional
  3. Team-player who can also work independently with minimal supervision
  4. Proficient with computers, MS Office and other applications and willing to learn at the same time
  5. Organized, focused and reliable
  6. Good attention to detail and can work well in a fast-paced working environment

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

•           Provide high quality service to advisers and clients via the telephone

•           Handle high volumes of telephone inquiries within established productivity goals

•           Research and resolve inquiries within specified turnaround times

•           Handle sensitive issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction

•           Provide detailed oral and written communication to line areas regarding inquiry resolutions

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Bilingualism in French and English

• Previous experience in the customer service industry required

• Strong technical aptitude / proficient computer and keyboarding skills

• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required

•Previous experience working in a bank an asset

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Attributes:

•           Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Capability to work effectively in a quick-paced, ever-changing environment in a professional manner
