Adecco is currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service professionals for a top Banking company in Kitchener, ON. This is a 12 months contract and pays $18.50/hr. The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills, efficient with computers and excellent communication skills in English and French.

Candidates must be available for shifts Monday – Friday 7am to 11pm and Saturday and Sunday, 8 am to 8 pm. 

Start Date:       1/7/19

End Date:        1/6/20

Bilingual Customer Service Professionals Responsibilities:
• Provide high quality service to advisors and clients via the telephone
• Handle high volumes of telephone inquiries within established productivity goals
• Research and resolve inquiries within specified turnaround times
• Handle sensitive issues in order to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide detailed oral and written communication to line areas regarding inquiry resolutions


Bilingual Customer Service Professionals Qualifications:
• Bilingualism in French and English
• Previous experience in the customer service industry
• Strong technical aptitude / proficient computer and keyboarding skills
• Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required
• Previous experience working in a bank an asset

 

Bilingual Customer Service Professionals Attributes:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Capability to work effectively in a quick-paced, ever-changing environment in a professional manner

• Does the candidate need to be fully bilingual in French and English? – yes

Bilingual Questions: -

 What percentage of the work will be spoken in French vs English? Probably 60% French 40% English
- What percentage of the work will be written in French vs English? – only the occasional email may need to be done in French, but all notes in the files are done in English
- Do you plan to conduct a telephone interview with these candidates first to determine their level of French or English speaking skills is sufficient? – yes, all candidates will have to have a phone screen interview

• How long would the interview be for approximately? 30 min approximately

• Is this a behavioral interview, what does the candidate need to come prepared with? This is behavioral interview, there is no case study or testing (other than the French screen of course).
