We have a Bilingual Customer Service job available in London. As part of Adecco’s National Customer Solutions Centre, the ideal candidate is someone who can provide outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven, team oriented environment. Flexibility and adaptability to changing business needs is a must and the candidate will be required to work rotational shifts. Superior attention to detail, multi-tasking and technological skills along with the ability to deal with tight deadlines and high pressure round out the ideal candidate profile.

This position is the main point of contact for clients requiring a centralized order process or who use a vendor supplier application/tool. Consultants monitor shared mailboxes and receive orders from various applications, then distribute them amongst Adecco branches and subvendors, consultants also submit candidates to clients for review, providing consistent follow up in order to maximize Adecco’s revenue potential.

The successful candidate is someone who speaks both official languages (French/English) can multitask and enjoys a deadline driven environment, has a passion for exceeding customer expectations and can handle a variety of computer applications and systems. Superior problem solving and recruitment skills round out the ideal profile.

The Customer Service job duties and responsibilities include:

Receives and manages client orders using central order intake system(s) and computer applications.
Manages Adecco branch and other sub vendor candidate submittals through Adecco’s system(s) and creates a candidate profile in the vendor supplier application/tool for the client’s review and approval.
Ensures that data and documentation are current, accurate and compliant as they relate to Adecco’s systems, the vendor supplier applications/tools, and the client contracts and Service Level Agreements.
Interacts with National and Regional clients providing superior levels of customer service. Ensures satisfaction of filled orders and identifies new business development opportunities for increased business with clients, promoting Adecco’s products and services whenever possible.


Completion of post-secondary education in related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of two (2) years related experience in a customer service or technical role or equivalent combination of education and experience.
A minimum of one (1) year recruitment experience.
Experience with an automated payroll and/or billing system and vendor management system (VMS) such as Fieldglass, IQN, Beeline, Taleo or Brassring tools is an asset.
Must be comfortable working with computer software applications and proficient in Office automation suite, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferably Office 365.
Working knowledge of labour and employment laws.
Bilingual (French/English) is a requirement.
