Adecco is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative for a 6-Month contract with one of our private clients located in Ottawa, ON. 
The Customer Service Representative will have the following responsibilities: 
- Completing report and data entry requirements for accurate record keeping of transactions and client needs;
- Building relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Responding to e-mail, telephone and Zen Desk inquiries;
- Processing payment, renewals, upgrades, invoicing, cancellations, refunds and returns;
- Providing quotes and trials to potential customers;
- Handling customer complaints with active listening and prompt follow up for solutions to problem solving;
- Providing customer support for electronic and web-based products;
- Making general accounting research;
- Processing order and subscription;
- Providing general reports and trials to potential customers;
- Completing reception duties for coverage of reception (breaks, vacation and other absences);
- Maintaining and managing membership list; 
- Additional tasks decided by the manager.
The Customer Service Representative must meet the following mandatory requirements: 
- Completion of high school degree or equivalent education diploma;
- Minimum 1-year experiences with customer service or sales (call-center, retail, hospitality or other related industries);
- Must be fluent in both Canadian languages (French and English);
- Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
- Must have strong written and oral communication skills; 
- Ability multitasking and working under no supervision;
- Ability to listen, understand, assist and resolve issues from customers;
- Ability promoting services and products to all customers;
- Ability to prioritize according to the volume of work;
- Exceptional organizational Skills.
