  • Pay rate: $18-$20/hour
  • Location: Brampton, ON
  • Availability Required: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
  • Job type: Temporary | Full-time

  • Responsibilities:

  • Taking Inbound and Outbound calls for helping the clients
  • Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases.
  • Monitoring and updating existing data when required.
  • Performing data searches.
  • Proactively verifying and matching invoices data through source documents
  • Raising portal tickets
  • Requirements:

  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Creative problem solving, strategic, strong analytical skills and innovative thinker
  • Self-starter, detailed oriented, excellent organization, and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize workflow, operate independently in a demanding and fast-paced environment
  • Strong team player, understanding that you deliver as a team
  • Ability to remain strong under pressure and provide logical solutions
  • Must be dependable and accountable (attendance and punctuality)
  • Demonstrate desire to learn and adapt quickly
