Adecco is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our clients team in Brampton, ON, and play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients. This is a temporary position where you'll be responsible for assisting clients through inbound and outbound calls, data entry, and ensuring accurate and timely information management.

  • Pay rate: $18-$20/hour.

  • Location: Brampton, ON

  • Shifts: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

  • Job type: Temporary – Full-time

Detailed Job Description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients effectively.

  • Enter and review data accurately into relevant databases.

  • Monitor and update existing data as needed.

  • Conduct data searches to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • Verify and match invoice data with source documents.

  • Raise portal tickets for issue resolution.

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Utilize MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficiently.

  • Showcase creativity, strategic thinking, and strong analytical skills.
