Adecco is currently hiring a permanent seasonal Customer Service Representative for our client in Brockville, Ontario. To qualify for this full time position as a Customer Service Representative, you must be available from April to the end of November.

Our Client is a Canadian leading manufacturer of clay bricks (since 1871) and concrete products for the landscape and masonry markets. In order to support our growth in Eastern Ontario. The Seasonal Customer Service Representative (CSR) will work cooperatively with other CSR sales representatives, as well as the logistics and technical teams, to ensure that our Clients contractors and retail customers receive quality product and service in a timely and professional manner.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Take care of all customers (consumers and contractors) coming in our showrooms
  • Provide product and technical information to customers as well as prices.
  • Obtain accurate information from customers relating to their orders and projects
  • Accurately process consumers and contractors transactions such as orders, picks, packs, and returns
  • Manage orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product Identify, research, and resolve customer inquiry and order status
  • Work closely with other locations
  • Reporting, analyzing, and performing other duties as assigned
    •  Scan documents 
    • Answer phone 
    • Get samples and package them for shipping 
    • Ship package, sample, mail 
    • Keep outside and inside showrooms clean 
    • Do banking when needed
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, and capable to quickly gain working knowledge of software applications
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong problem solving skills; ability to make timely but sound decisions
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Manage changing priorities, demands and constant interruptions
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask and meet deadlines
  • Team player, but is able to work independently
  • Fluency in French is an asset (written and oral)
  • Work flexible hours
  • Minimum high school graduate
  • Post secondary training is an asset
  • Experience in customer service environments
  • Worked in coordination with outside sales people
