Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Burlington, ON.  This is a 12 months contract with a pay rate of 17.95/hour. As a Customer Service Representative, you will support  requests from branches related to banking services
HOURS: 7:00 am -7:00 pm rotating shifts  (couple weeks’ notice in advance) 
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
•Process electronic wire payments (Received from branches & around the world).
•Process high volumes of electronic payments received from different interfaces/currencies and values
Use initiatives to find Process improvements
•High paced operations environment               
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
•Minimum 50 words per minute (typing test completed in the interview)
•Computer skills – Microsoft office
•Multi-tasking / Operations environment / Fast-paced 
•Ability to multi-task switching from several different functions throughout the day
