Adecco is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Burlington. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for customer relations, trouble shooting, invoice questions, etc. Customer Service Representative will Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The pay rate for this role will be $19/hr.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Answering calls/ taking service orders
Handling e-mail service requests
Troubleshooting technical issues
Processing paperwork
Scheduling service calls for technicians
Processing warranty claims


Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

5 years of previous customer service experience, in an office environment
Experience in a high-volume customer-driven environment
Previous experience dealing with warranty products is an asset
