Adecco are searching for a self-motivated, reliable Customer Service Representative on behalf of a leading Canadian fuel corporation, who is able to work to deadlines as part of a team and independently. Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to giving high quality customer service at all times.  

The role is an immediate start, with a three month rolling contract, with a view to extend this further based on performance and is based in Burnaby. The rate of pay is $18 per hour. 

Job Duties:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone/email
  • Requests for invoice copies
  • Outstanding balance on account
  • Payment follow up
  • Expedite calls to Credit Reps
  • Cardlock card management
  • Cancel cards
  • Issue / reissue cards



  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Computer skills
  • Excel  
  • JDE
  • Understanding of Credit/collections
