Customer Service Representative

Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary to permanent, full-time Customer Service Representative in Stoney Creek, ON. In this role, you will address all customer inquiries under the direction of the Office Supervisor in addition to all clerical duties needed in the office.

  • Pay rate: $16/hour
  • Location: Stoney Creek, ON
  • Shifts: Monday to Friday

  • Job responsibilities include:

  • Provide a variety of customer support services through the mail, telephone, and direct personal contact
  • Process orders and assignments and perform data entry as required
  • Reference pricing and delivery information
  • Perform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties
  • Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests
  • Set up new records and maintain existing records
  • Perform word processing assignments, filing and related clerical duties
  • Process all necessary paperwork and secure necessary approvals
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2 years of previous work experience in a similar role/environment is desirable
  • Must be able to navigate various software applications such as outlook, excel etc.
  • Good phone etiquette and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in a team environment
