Adecco is currently hiring for a  Customer Service Representative IT (French/English))  to work initially remotely for one of our clients located in London, ON. To qualify for this  Customer Service Representative IT (French/English)) role, you must be fluent in French and English with knowledge of computers, possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to work rotational shifts including Saturdays and Sundays in a fast- paced environment.  

Our client is a large, reliable and reputable organization within the financial services industry. This is a six months contract full time position, paying $18.85/hr (plus shift premiums) with the possibility of extension.

Customer Service Representative IT (French/English) Main Responsibilities:

  • Service applications/systems and provide applications/systems operational availability
  • Schedule packaging and release new applications
  • Set up, maintain and monitor applications/systems
  • Handles incident management for outages
  • Adhere to established regulations, policies and guidelines in completing daily activities and audits
  • Customer Service Representative IT (French/English) Main Requirements:

  • Completion of High School. College training in Computer Science or similar area preferred
  • Minimum 1-year related experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively in oral and written French & English
  • Must have knowledge of circuit boards, processors, computer hardware and software
  • Solid problem solving and customer service skills
  • A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
