Some of the responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative job opening in Toronto, ON may include but are not limited to:


  • Answering inbound calls through various technology mediums; providing high level customer service or transferring calls
  • Assisting with questions, inquiries, supporting issues and concerns
  • Taking detailed messages and passing them to the appropriate party
  • Uncovering leads and gathering additional information; scheduling appointments
  • Gathering information for incoming orders; ensuring high level of details uncovered
  • Additional tasks as assigned

  • At least 2 years experience in either corporate customer service, call center or related  
  • Highly developed communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Polished presentation while interacting via webcam

  • Strong technical abilities to work in a virtual setting; this includes strong typing/reporting skills and ability to learn new systems with ease
  • Previous virtual customer engagement experience is considered a strong asset.
