Adecco is currently hiring for full-time Customer Service Representatives in Kitchener. Customer Service Representatives are responsible for managing all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow up services. The Customer Service Representative must demonstrate excellent customer service skills – the ability to actively listen to customers, understand their concerns, empathize with their frustrations, and respond with appropriate action/information in a professional manner. The Customer Service Representative position would be a 4 month contract and the pay rate for this Customer Service Representative role is $17.35/hour plus 4% vacation pay.

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

 

•Answering inquiries via phone and e-mail

•Take customer orders and conduct follow up services

•Utilize a variety of technological systems

•Working in a call centre environment

 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

 

•1-3 years of customer service experience

•Computer skills necessary (experience with multiple systems/programs)  

•Must thrive in a highly structured, fast paced, high-volume, demanding, and ever-changing environment

•Strong attendance and reliability are essential
